Coaching is not therapy. Therapy focuses on emotions, past events, and insight, and it aims to heal the past.
Simply put, coaching is for people who are emotionally healthy, and who want more from life.
In coaching, we dive into what you really want in your life – like a love relationship, making more money, or just enjoying life more – and we take action towards it.
Along the way, you might run into barriers – like doubt, overwhelm, or impatience – that take you off track. Or you might notice there are skills you need to develop – like self-confidence, having difficult conversations, or trusting yourself. I’ll coach you in how to disappear those challenges, often permanently.
And in my particular brand of coaching, we set things up so you enjoy the process too. You’ll see how downtime is equally important as working hard, and how to use pleasure and play to accelerate your progress.
