TANJA: For Women Who Love Women

Hosted by Ellie Pope

Tanjatm: For Women Who Love Women

Our newest Tanja is created for the Lesbian Community, honoring the special connection between women.

A Mutual Honoring of Yourself and Others.

As you remember the feeling you had when you first fell in love, you might think that feeling is impossible to re-create, especially if you’ve been hurt or you’re in the routine of a long-term relationship.

It’s not.

In this Tanja, created especially for lesbian relationships, we’ll gently bring you back to love for yourself and, if you have one, intimacy with your partner.

The word Tanja is derived from “Tantric Puja”, and it’s a special event designed to restore love into ourselves and our relationships, in a non-sexual way.

Opening your soul to deep love.

  • Forgive old hurts and put an end to fear-based habits.
  • Develop deep passion for your partner if you’re in a relationship. And if you’re single and wish you weren’t, learn new ways to connect and love.
  • Learn new ways of understanding trust and learn that it’s never too dangerous to love or trust too deeply.

Retire tired old habits.

We will lead you through safe, structured, simple exercises with various partners (or just your own, if you’d like). It’s your chance to retire tired old habits and repressive fears —your chance to feel comfortable in your own skin—with yourself and others.

Please note that Tanjas are ongoing classes, much like yoga. The more you attend, the more openness, connection and intimacy you’ll experience.

Tanja Testimonials:

Ellie and Dan were masterful at making it clear their studio space was a safe, non-sexual environment and created just the right sequence of exercises whereby everyone felt nurtured and could participate fully.

My boyfriend was shy about going, but was definitely interested in deepening our relationship. After the very first exercise, he was a smiling man who felt warm and nurtured.

I am a sacred sexuality teacher and have attended many Tantric Pujas, but yours was exceptional. There was a sense of intimacy with safety and beauty created. I left feeling a greater appreciation for my fellow man/woman and increased closeness and understanding of my beloved. I look forward to your next events.

No government has the right to tell its citizens when or whom to love. The only queer people are those who don’t love anybody.
